All Exhibitors are also entitled to be listed in the Final Conference Program (if they commit to exhibit by 1 May 2020), on the Conference Website (name, logo and a link to their website), and in the HCI International Newsletter widely distributed around the world through our mailing list.
All registration cancellations received in writing by 14 February 2020 will be fully refunded, less 10% which will be deducted for administrative expenses.
50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received in writing between 15 February and 31 May 2020. No refunds will be made from 1 June 2020 onwards.
