The AC Bella Sky Hotel and Bella Center is the conference venue and AC Bella Sky Hotel is the official HCII2020 hotel.

A number of rooms have been reserved to be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis with significantly reduced rates. The special guest room rates have been agreed with the hotel to be valid for all Conference participants for the duration of the Conference, as well as for 2 additional days, before and / or after the Conference (subject to availability of rooms at the time of the reservation).

Please note that Wednesday 17 June 2020 (CET) is the cut-off date for reservations. Any requests after that date will be accepted at the Hotel's prevailing rate based on availability.

RESERVATIONS

Cut-off date for reservations is Wednesday 17 June 2020 (CET). A credit card is needed to book a reservation and the full amount will be charged as per deadlines listed in cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel or reduce your stay by 17 June 2020 (CET) it will be free of charge. One night's stay will be applied as cancellation fee for full cancelllations between 18 June - 3 July 2020. From 4 July 2020 (CET) onward cancellations are non refundable and the full payment will be applied to the credit card in file. Name changes in reservations are possible only on-line via Marriott.com up to 48 hours prior arrival. Additional nights before and/or after the conference can be booked with the available daily rate via marriott.com.

SHUTTLE BUS

This is free of charge for conference participants and accompanied guests at AC Bella Sky Hotel.
The shuttle bus operates daily from 6am to 11pm, between Copenhagen Airport, Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers and AC Hotel Bella Sky/Bella Center Copenhagen.

From the airport the shuttle runs every 30 min (on every :20 or :50 min). The pick-up point at the airport is outside Terminal 2.
Kindly note that it is not possible to reserve the shuttle from the Airport to the hotel, and the availability is on a first-come-first-served basis.

From the hotel the shuttle runs every 30 min from 5:30am to 22:30pm (on every :00 or :30 min).
Reservations can be made from the hotel to the airport at the hotel front desk.

FAMILY ROOMS

A small number of rooms is available for 3/4 persons occupancy:
- Deluxe room (max 3 occupancy): DKK 1494 (Single) / DKK 1694 (Double)
- Executive room (max 4 occupancy): DKK 1894 (Single) / DKK 2094 (Double)
Extra bed for adults will be DKK 300 including breakfast. Children under 13 years of age may stay for free in their parents' room using existing bedding. Baby beds are available free of charge.

In order to book a family room, please proceed to book a room for double occupancy, so that the hotel will have your details in file. Then please contact the hotel at rooms(AT)bchg.dk with the booking number in order to upgrade your booking to a family room.
