The format of the (now virtual HCII 2020) conference program has changed, spreading the duration of the conference to six days (19-24 July 2020), now occupying also the period originally scheduled for the pre-conference tutorials that have been cancelled. In this way, the daily load of the conference is reduced to four hours: two sessions, two-hours each (with a half-hour break in-between). The conference will start and end at a different time each day allowing participants from different time zones (75 countries around the world) to join the conference during time-periods which, for some of the time, are more convenient for them, taking particularly into account - to the extent possible, the 'time-zone' of the presenters.
The times indicated are in “Central European Summer Time - CEST (Copenhagen)”
You can check and calculate your local time, using an online time conversion tool, such as www.timeanddate.com
N.B. The Tutorials, the Conference Reception, the Demonstrations, the Student Design Competition, as well as the HCII2020 Design Café "Human-Environment Interactions" have been cancelled.
